Exit 137 - at the light, make a left onto Westfield Avenue (Rt. 28 East). Start counting lights after you pass Burger King, on the right. Make a left at the 8th light onto Elmora Avenue (Landmark: White Castle). Continue on Elmora Avenue (name changes to North Avenue). Stay on North Avenue until you pass under a railroad trestle. Make a right at the 3rd light (Monroe Avenue). Toussaint L'ouverture-Marquis de Lafayette School No. 6 is 3 blocks on the left.

Exit 140A to 82 East (Morris Avenue) - stay on Morris Avenue until you come to the light at the end of Kean University (North Avenue). Make a left at this light onto North Avenue. Stay on North Avenue until you pass under a railroad trestle. Make a right at the 3rd light (Monroe Avenue). Toussaint L'ouverture-Marquis de Lafayette School No. 6 is 3 blocks on the left.

Take the North Avenue U-turn (jughandle) and cross over Rt. 1 & 9. Once on North Avenue, make a left at the 3rd light (not counting the Rt. 1 & 9 light) onto Monroe Ave. Toussaint L'ouverture-Marquis de Lafayette School No. 6 is 3 blocks on the left.

Make a right onto North Avenue. Make a left at the 3rd light (not counting the Rt. 1 & 9 light) onto Monroe Ave. Toussaint L'ouverture-Marquis de Lafayette School No. 6 is 3 blocks on the left.

Exit 13A (Newark Airport/Elizabeth Seaport) - follow the signs for North Avenue (West). Go through the 1st light and bear to the right at the fork in the road (follow signs for “West”). Pass over Rt. 1 & 9 onto North Avenue. Make a left at the 3rd light (not counting the Rt. 1 & 9 light) onto Monroe Avenue. Toussaint L'ouverture-Marquis de Lafayette School No. 6 is 3 blocks on the left.

Travel on Morris Avenue (Rt. 82 East) until you come to the light at the end of Kean University (North Avenue). Make a left at this light onto North Avenue.
